Map vulnerabilities and anticipate crises

One of the most important aims of our programmes is to preserve a company’s’ reputation and anticipate potential crises. By mapping vulnerabilities and training leaders on possible events, designing scenarios and strategies, companies strengthen their reputational defence mechanisms. Simulating accidents, predicting developments and building a robust crisis management plan – even before they happened – was part of the training we conducted for Aker Solutions.
